International competition

    The International Marine Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (MTEC), which started in 2017, is one of the world’s largest marine international innovation and entrepreneurship competitions. It is the world’s first large-scale innovation and entrepreneurship competition that covers multiple countries around the world and focuses on the marine field. So far, it covers many cities and regions in Europe, North America, and Asia, including Munich, Germany, Paris, France, London, UK, Toronto and Halifax, Canada, Boston and Silicon Valley, Shanghai, China, Jinan and Qingdao. 
     The International Marine Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition focuses on the marine field. It aims to cooperate with more domestic and foreign high-level academic institutions, innovation and entrepreneurship groups, technology transfer institutions and local governments, gather more Marine science and technology resources in the world, and create an international innovation and entrepreneurship exchange platform in the world Marine field through the competition.
     As the main organizer, planner and participant of the competition, Qingdao Institute of marine sensors actively gave full play to the advantages of overseas scientific and technological resources and made outstanding contributions to the success of the competition.
